2. Orders and Pricing

  • We strive for accuracy, but if an error occurs in pricing or product details, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
  • Prices are subject to change. Orders are confirmed only after payment verification or confirmation of Cash on Delivery (COD).

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We work hard to deliver your products on time. However, delivery schedules may change due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.
  • Customers must provide accurate contact details to ensure successful delivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • 48-Hour Notice: Any defects or damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Return Condition: Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • No Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind after purchase.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.

5. Warranty and Maintenance

  • Service Warranty: We offer a 7-day service warranty on installation work.
  • Electrical Parts: Most electrical components come with a 12–18 month warranty (check your specific product for details).
  • Filters & Consumables: There is no warranty on filters or membranes once used, as their lifespan depends entirely on your local water quality.
  • Pro-Tip: To keep your system running perfectly, we recommend changing your pre-filter every 3 months.

6. Service Visits

  • If our technician visits your location and you decide not to proceed with the service, a standard visiting charge (approx. 200–300 BDT) will apply.
  • Life Water Engineering is not responsible for the security of your personal belongings during a service visit.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Once a service is completed and tested in your presence, Life Water Engineering is released from further liability regarding that specific task.
